State Strong is a national coalition of state-level organizations and advocates, supported by national allies, dedicated to advancing pro-family building policy and advocacy. We work to assist states in driving meaningful legislative change that protects access to fertility care and reproductive freedom, ensuring policies reflect the real needs of families—

not ideological agendas.

The tenets of the state Strong are:

✅ Empowering Families Through Policy & Advocacy – We push for state-level legislation that uplifts and protects all individuals and families, regardless of their infertility diagnosis, gender, LGBTQ+ identity, or relationship status, ensuring lawmakers remain accountable to those who rely on fertility treatments.

✅ Protecting Access to Real IVF – Defending patient-centered, evidence-based fertility treatments from political interference by supporting policies that align with the standard of care set by leading medical experts.

✅ Defending Fertility Freedom – Every person deserves dignity, autonomy, and privacy in their reproductive healthcare. We fight to safeguard the fundamental right to make private family building decisions in partnership with trusted medical professionals, grounded in evidence-based medicine.
